Overview
Dexsora came to us with a fractured social presence across three platforms, low engagement despite a genuinely compelling product, and no coherent content strategy. Within 90 days we turned their social channels into their primary acquisition engine.
The Challenge
The team had been posting inconsistently for six months. Follower growth had stalled, engagement rates were below 0.8%, and their ad spend was generating almost no measurable return. The core problem: content was built to inform, not to convert — and it reached almost no one outside their existing circle.
Our Solution
We rebuilt their content strategy from the audience up. Starting with a competitor and audience audit, we identified three high-performing content formats in the Web3 space that Dexsora was completely ignoring. We built a 90-day content matrix around these, paired it with a paid amplification strategy on Meta and Twitter, and introduced community management with DM automation to capture inbound interest in real time.
How We Did It
Mapped the top 12 competitors in the Web3 social space, identified content gaps, and built a 3-persona audience framework for Dexsora's core buyer types.
Designed a 90-day content calendar across three pillars: education, proof, and culture — with 4 posts per week across Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Launched Meta and Twitter awareness campaigns targeting crypto-adjacent interest segments with A/B creative testing from day one. Six ad variations tested in the first two weeks.
Set up comment moderation, engaged authentically with 50+ accounts per week, and deployed a DM automation sequence to nurture warm followers into product trials.
"Their content strategy transformed our social channels from a broadcasting tool into a real acquisition engine. Within 90 days our DMs were full of qualified leads."
